A Health Coach is a guide who offers nurturing support to his/her clients during their own health journeys. While focusing on goals and priorities a health coach will facilitate healthy, sustainable behavior change by motivating them to implement healthy habits in their lives and to listen to their inner wisdom, identify their values and strengths and transform their goals into action.

Essential Oil Wellness Education & Coaching






The power of plants is absolutely incredible when used to support health and wellness. Essential oils has been used throughout the world in ancient and modern times. 

Essential oils are powerful promoters of physical, mental, and emotional health and fit so well in a holistic health approach to self-care.  Your body is capable of healing itself naturally and usually does not need synthetic medications to take over its job.

If you've been curious about how essential oils can help you and fit in to your life, then this is a great starting place.

How are Health Coaches different than other health practitioners? 

Nutritionists-give you a list of foods to eat and a list of foods to avoid. Most people already know this, but they haven’t been able to actually do it.

Doctors-don’t generally address the root cause of the symptoms but instead prescribe a pill or other quick fix.

Therapists-don’t typically provide clear action steps or address food in relation to mood.

HEALTH COACHES-address the root cause and guide clients in holistic healing, addressing all areas of life.

How do I approach Health Coaching?

My approach to health coaching is thoroughly holistic.  I believe ultimate well-being comes from a balance of what is on your plate to what is happening in all areas of your life.  In my program, I work with primary and secondary foods. The primary foods are relationships, career, spirituality and physical activity. Secondary foods are the foods that we consume. When primary food is stable and fulfilling, your life nourishes you, making what you eat secondary. 

My program is a 6 month action plan tailored to each individual and their goals.

(90 day option available also) 

Each individual is bio-chemically unique and there is no one size fits all approach to wellness. One persons food could be another persons poison.  Together we will discover what is a good fit for you and create transformation and growth in your life. I will guide you to bring harmony in all dimensions of your being. I will help you discover and reveal the blocks that are holding you back from achieving your wellness goals.  Together we will also recognize your strengths and develop self-confidence.  We will bring to light your emotions and feelings that drive you to take action and pursue your purpose for living a holistic life.

Why a 6month Program?

It is the duration of time that has been shown to work for helping clients make lasting dietary and lifestyle shifts. In 6 months you will have the time to experience many different situations; social events, work challenges, holidays, multiple seasons, and you’ll have time to explore many areas of primary food and discover imbalances, and you’ll have time to find out different ways to bring into play self-care. A 6 month approach is indeed the sweet spot for you to become accountable for your own health in a sustainable way!

In each session that we meet, I will encourage you to take small steps toward your goals rather than pushing you to make drastic changes.  Keep in mind sickness doesn’t happen overnight neither does health! My approach with a 6 month program is a long-lasting and organic transformation.
